HOW IT RUNS

The process, week by week.

    Month 0: handover

    Audit the platform. Document the gaps. Take ownership of accounts, on call rotation, and the runbook.

  2. 2
    Month 1 to 3: stabilise

    Triage tech debt, close the highest risk gaps, and bring observability up to standard. By month three the on call should be quiet.

  3. 3
    Month 3 onward: evolve

    Steady state operations plus shared roadmap delivery. We meet quarterly to review priorities and yearly to renew.

  4. 4
    Renewal or off ramp

    12 month renewals are the norm. If you choose to bring it in house we run a proper handover, including hiring support.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

What does on call actually cover?
Production incidents, defined by severity. We respond within the SLA, communicate with your stakeholders, run the incident, write a post mortem, and assign follow up work. Severity levels and SLAs are spelled out in the contract.
Can the retainer go up and down?
Yes, with 30 days notice in either direction. We size to your reality, not a fixed sales target.
What if you go bankrupt or disappear?
All IP is yours. All credentials are stored in your own vault and we hold copies under DR procedures. We provide an off ramp clause that ensures you can take operations in house with at least 60 days transition support.
