We do not publish hourly rates because the rate is not what you are buying. Below is how each engagement model is priced, what you get for the money, and why we choose one over another.

PRINCIPLES

Four rules we run every engagement by.

Discovery is always fixed price.

You should never pay an open ended bill for the planning phase. Two weeks, fixed quote, walk away with a plan.

Build is fixed when scope is clear, T&M when it is not.

We pick the model honestly. Locked scope means a fixed quote. Evolving roadmap means a transparent time and materials engagement.

Retainers go up and down with 30 days notice.

Long haul partnerships flex with your real workload. Nobody wants to pay a sales target when business is quiet.

Change requests are priced before work starts.

If scope grows mid project, we quote and accept the change in writing. The original budget stays predictable.
